Initial consultation
Our consulting team will speak with you to understand your requirement and discuss options for assisting to deliver on your needs. We will discuss an initial strategy to deliver you a tailored proposal for your consideration, including cost, schedule and deliverables for the work.

Detailed proposal
Our knowledgeable and experienced team will create a tailored proposal to meet your needs, outlining our understanding of the desired outcomes and our recommended approach to achieve them. This proposal will include a breakdown of deliverables, costs, and timelines, along with proposed acceptance criteria for your review and consideration. We may during this stage need to set up a number of engagements to refine this proposal to ensure it meets your needs.

Consideration and feedback
Once you have the proposal, we understand you will need time to consider and seek internal approval before work can commence. We will standby deliver the proposal to your stakeholders as required. Any updates or changes can be made on request as needed.

Approval and delivery
On approval and issuance of a purchase order, Aimpoint will commence delivery firstly by providing you with a schedule for the work aligned to the agreed work scope. We will then work diligently and consultatively to deliver the required deliverables on time and on budget.

At the conclusion of the project we will meet with you and the stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the delivery and close out any loose ends.
